If your dog needs emergency care during their stay, we will contact you immediately, transport your pet to Etowah Animal Hospital, and stay with them until you or a designated contact can be reached. We will never make medical decisions without your knowledge and consent.
We also strongly encourage all Bestland guests to establish a relationship with a local vet, including Etowah Animal Hospital, before their first stay. Having your dog’s records on file with a local practice makes emergency care faster and smoother for everyone.
