When your dog stays with us, they become part of our family. We intentionally keep our group small so every guest gets the one-on-one attention and personalized care they deserve. This allows us to truly get to know your dog—their unique quirks, favorite games, and daily routines—ensuring they feel safe and loved from the moment you leave until the moment you return.
Getting Started with a Friendly Meet & Greet
To make sure we’re the perfect home-away-from-home for your pup, we begin every new friendship with a quick meet & greet. This is a relaxed, no-pressure visit where we can get to know each other. It’s a chance for your dog to explore our space and for us to ensure everyone will be happy and comfortable together. Our goal is to first show the families our amazing set up, the suites, paddocks, playgrounds, indoor facilities, discuss our schedules, practices, hygiene, and care. Next, we desire to learn all that we can regarding your pet, their needs, their likes, and to know and understand all their limitations. We discuss all this to show and discover how to best serve each family.
